Remember, editing is the very last thing you’ll do before finalizing your essay. You and
your teacher know better than anyone the types of spelling, grammar, and convention
errors you are focusing on in your writing development, so refer to one or more of the
Grammar Workshops (starting on p. 000) in the back of the book if you encounter an
issue and aren’t sure how to address it.
